How many capsule units do you have?
There are 250 units total, including private rooms.
What’s in the capsule?
There are two kinds of capsules; vertical and horizontal. The picture on the left is vertical and the right is horizontal. There are pay TV, radio, alarm clock, and mirror equipped. An emergency button is available for your security.
Do I need to make a reservation?
You can stay with us without a reservation, however we do take reservations. Call us without hesitation. However, since the private rooms are limited, we recommend that you make a reservation. We apologize in advance if we are booked and are unable to accommodate you
Is there a cancelation fee?
We don’t ask for a cancelation fee. We can keep a room for guests who have made a reservation until 12 am and if he/she don’t check in until then, we are afraid that we may assign the room to another guest. If you give us a call ahead of time to tell us that you can’t make it before 12am, we will keep the room for you. Please give us a call in that case as soon as possible.
Are towels and razors available for free?
Yes they are free. A gown, a facial towel, and bath towels are available. You are free to use 2 in 1 shampoo, shaving cream, bar soap, a tooth brush, disposable razor, hair wax, and a hair dryer in the bathroom.
What time is check-in and out time?
Check-in time starts from 4pm. And check-out time is until 10 am.
Can I leave the inn after check in?
You are free to go out after check in. Please remember to turn in a “going out card“ to the front desk.
I am planning on staying for a couple days in a row. Can you keep my luggage?
Yes. We will keep your luggage at the front desk as long as you are staying here. If you have luggage bigger than the provided locker space, please ask the front desk and they will help you as best they can.
Can I take a public bath and use the sauna anytime?
Check the bathroom to get a safe and comfortable to use in your bath. The inspection time is 3:00 am to 5:00 am. Baths will be closed during the inspection. The hotel's bathroom is only one place. Customers can use the bath time, women are 3:00 am - 5:00 am.About your understanding and cooperation, thank you.
Can women stay at the capsule inn?
It’s possible for women to stay with us, however, we ask women to stay in a private room unit, even if she is staying alone. In this case, the fee would be 4,200yen including tax (excluding TV). Unfortunately, the private room unit doesn’t contain a bathroom or a toilet. Women must request to use the public bathroom. Because it’s used by male guests, we will close the bathroom for 30min while male guests are not using it. Because of this reason, we are afraid you might not be able to take a bath when you wish.
Do you have a laundry facility available?
We are sorry but unfortunately we don’t have a laundry facility.
I would like to go there by a car. Do you have any parking space available?
We don’t necessarily have a parking space of our own, but we have a parking lot with partnership in front of the building. Please ask us for a coupon for the parking lot at the front desk. If you use the coupon, the price is 1,000 yen from 7pm to 9am. The parking lot is open from 8;30am to 10pm. Please be aware that you won’t be able to park or move your car during the time it is closed.
I have tattoo. Can I stay at the inn?
No. We are afraid that we strictly refuse any guests with tattoos. We are sorry, but Mafia members and/or inebriated persons are also not allowed in our inn.
